pak44 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the pak44 platform — including the website, sports betting section, casino games, promotions or any associated features — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use pak44. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all users of pak44 regardless of how they access the platform — desktop browser, mobile browser or any other method.

To register and use pak44 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak44 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment details.
• You are only permitted to hold one account on pak44. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance held may be forfeited.
• You confirm that you are not registering on behalf of another person, and that you will be the sole user of your account.

pak44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID. Accounts that fail to complete verification may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is complete.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak44 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pak44 will never ask for your password via chat, email or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, or if you notice any unauthorised activity, contact pak44 support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication from your account settings for additional protection.

pak44 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure, or from you sharing account access with another person.

All deposits on pak44 are made and held in PKR. The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT), debit/credit cards and mobile wallets where available.

• Deposits are credited to your pak44 balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by method.
• Funds deposited must be your own — depositing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• pak44 does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts or anonymous sources.
• Deposit fees, if applicable, are displayed before you confirm the transaction.

In cases where a deposit is made in error or requires investigation, pak44 may temporarily hold the funds pending review. You will be notified via your registered contact details in such cases.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in your name.

• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Withdrawal page.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically same-day; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been completed.
• pak44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before processing begins. Once a withdrawal has been sent to the payment provider, it cannot be reversed by pak44.

pak44 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, sports promotions and other periodic offers. Each bonus has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) a specified number of times before the balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to a maximum win cap in some cases, as stated in the individual offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.
• pak44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where possible.

All sports bets placed on pak44 are subject to the following rules:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the governing body. For cricket, this includes the ICC, PCB and PSL official standings.
• Void bets: If an event is cancelled, abandoned or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded to your balance.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change rapidly during live events and markets may be temporarily suspended around key moments such as wickets, goals or timeouts.
• Maximum winnings: pak44 applies per-event maximum winning limits. These are displayed on the relevant market before you place your bet.
• Error odds: If a price is published in error (manifestly incorrect odds), pak44 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price.
• Accumulators: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. A voided leg in an accumulator reduces the bet to the remaining legs.

Any disputes regarding bet settlement should be raised with pak44 support within 30 days of the event result. After this period, settled bets are considered final.

Casino games available on pak44 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and table games — are provided by third-party game studios. The following rules apply:

• RNG games: Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified software to determine outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot is published in the game's information panel.
• Live casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by professional dealers and streamed live. Results are final once the round is completed.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has its own bet limits displayed before play begins.
• Technical errors: In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection, pak44 will review the affected round logs. If a result cannot be confirmed, the bet may be voided and the stake refunded.
• No chargeback after play: Once a bet has been placed and the round commenced, the stake cannot be returned regardless of the outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak44 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Any form of money laundering or using pak44 for illegal financial activity
• Attempting to process deposits or withdrawals through accounts that do not belong to you
• Abusing bonus offers or promotions through systematic low-risk or hedged wagering strategies

pak44 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in any of the above activities will be subject to immediate review and action.

pak44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicious activity, including patterns consistent with fraud or bonus abuse
• Request from the account holder to self-exclude

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balance remaining in the account after deducting any outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player via the verified payment method on file, unless the closure is related to suspected fraud or money laundering, in which case the balance may be held pending investigation.

pak44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amount wagered during the current session.

pak44 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted, pak44's liability in any situation arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

pak44 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or device incompatibilities
• Losses due to the player sharing account credentials with a third party
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to review these terms before placing bets

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pak44 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to your data being used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and communication regarding your account and promotions.

pak44 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and relevant regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or ask for it to be deleted, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. Contact support to make such a request.

pak44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of pak44 following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss account closure.
