Account & Registration

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, email address, date of birth and preferred password. You'll receive a confirmation code on your registered mobile number — enter that to activate the account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once active, you can head straight to the Deposit page to fund your account in PKR.

You must be at least 18 years old. pak44 is strictly an adult platform. Age is confirmed at registration and again when you make your first withdrawal request through an identity verification step. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are closed immediately.

No. pak44 allows one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in both accounts being closed and any pending balances frozen pending review. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the password reset option on the Login page or contact support.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You'll be asked to confirm that the name on your account matches your CNIC or another government-issued ID. The process is handled from inside your account settings. Upload a clear photo of your ID document when prompted — the review typically completes within a few hours during business days.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset code or link will be sent to you. Follow the steps to set a new password. The reset link expires in 15 minutes so use it promptly. If you don't receive the message, double-check that you're using the exact contact detail you registered with.
Deposits

pak44 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and select debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed in PKR. JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest, with balances reflecting within seconds. Bank transfers usually reflect within a few minutes during banking hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are almost instant — usually within a few seconds. Raast and IBFT bank transfers typically reflect in 2–10 minutes during business hours, though occasional network delays can push this slightly longer. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and they'll investigate straight away.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page before you confirm the transaction. If you have set a deposit limit on your account through the Responsible Gaming tools, that limit will also apply regardless of the payment method's maximum. To adjust your deposit limit, go to Account Settings under the Responsible Gaming section.

No. Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — even from a family member — are not permitted. This is a security and anti-fraud requirement. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it may be returned and your account may be reviewed. Always deposit from your own JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account.
Withdrawals

Log in and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount and confirm. If you haven't completed identity verification yet, you'll be prompted to do that first. Once approved, most withdrawals are processed same day with funds reaching your account within a few hours depending on your bank or wallet provider.

Most common reasons for a delay are: identity verification not yet complete, an active bonus wagering requirement not yet met, or a withdrawal request submitted outside business hours for bank transfers. Check your account notifications for any pending verification prompts. If your withdrawal has been pending for over 24 hours with no update, contact support with your withdrawal reference number.

In most cases, withdrawals must go back to the same payment source used for the deposit — this is a standard security measure to prevent fraud. If your deposit was made via JazzCash, your withdrawal should also go to your JazzCash account registered in your name. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal so they can guide you through the correct process.

Yes. Pakistan Super League is one of the most popular betting markets on pak44. Pre-match and live in-play markets are available for PSL fixtures, covering match winner, top batsman, total runs, over/under lines and more. Markets go live ahead of each match and update ball by ball during play. Head to the Sports page when PSL season is on to see all available markets.

Live betting lets you place bets on a match that is already in progress. Odds shift in real time based on what is happening on the field — a wicket falling, a boundary hit or a collapse in form will all immediately affect available prices. Markets may be briefly suspended during key moments (like the fall of a wicket) and then reopened. To place a live bet, navigate to the Sports section, find the match marked as "Live" and select your market.

Most bets are settled automatically within a few minutes of the match result being confirmed. For cricket, this is typically after the official result is declared — including Duckworth-Lewis outcomes. Winnings from settled bets are added to your available balance immediately and can be withdrawn or used to place more bets. If a result is delayed (for example due to weather abandonment), settlement will occur once the official result is announced.

In addition to cricket and PSL, pak44 offers betting markets for football (including international fixtures and major leagues), esports titles, and other popular sports. Cricket and PSL markets receive the most attention and the widest range of bet types on pak44 given the local fan base, but the platform covers a solid range of other sports as well.
Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus activates automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit. The amount, minimum deposit, eligible payment methods and wagering requirement are all published on the Promotions page. Read those details before making your first deposit to make sure you qualify. There's nothing extra you need to opt in to — it applies when the conditions are met.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus winnings can be withdrawn as cash. For example, if a bonus has a 20x wagering requirement and you received a PKR 500 bonus, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally towards the wagering requirement — casino slots may contribute at 100% while table games may contribute less. No — bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been completed. Your real money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your account. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposit is still withdrawable at any time (subject to normal withdrawal terms). If you want to play without a bonus, you can decline the offer before depositing by contacting support.

If your connection drops mid-round, the game result is still processed on the server side. When you reconnect and return to the game, you'll see the outcome of the round — whether you won or lost. Bets that were placed before the disconnection are settled normally. If you believe a game result was affected incorrectly by a technical issue, contact support with the game name, approximate time and your account details so the round can be reviewed.

Slot and table game results are generated independently for each spin or hand — previous results have no effect on future outcomes. Live casino games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by live dealers and streamed in real time.
